Reiki I

Reiki 1 instruction and attunement. There is no prereq for this class. This beginning level includes first 4 attunements opening the individual to the automatic flow of Reiki energy, self-healing, and spiritual growth. These first level attunements allow the student to perform spiritual healing. Included in this class is information on the nature of Reiki, history, and uses. Students learn to do self-Reiki and how to treat family, friends, plants, animals, food and water, Group Reiki is also included. This class (or proof of completion elsewhere) is required before enrolling in Reiki 2 & 3. Michael, Val, and Ian are trained in the Reiki Tradition of Usui Reiki Ryoho. This course is only offered a few times a year, so make sure to plan ahead and reserve your spot.
