- This class promotes the power to take action and begin new with the lunar cycle. We open sacred space and begin with a guided breathing meditation to open the channels of wellbeing. This activation serves to prepare the body and mind to lie down and bath in the sacred crystal sounds. Each crystal bowl is tuned to resonate with specific areas of the body, psyche and emotions, helping to clean and clear the chakra system and human bio-field. Please bring any cushion/pillows and/or blankets that will allow you to sit and lie comfortably.
