Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese style of energy healing that was introduced to the United States in the 1970s. This method of healing makes use of Universal Energy and is focused on aligning and balancing Chakra energies to help facilitate physical, emotional, and spiritual self-healing.
Reiki practitioners are trained and “attuned” to be able to allow excess Reiki energy to flow through their bodies, and share it with their clients through their hands. We practice Reiki with the client fully dressed and lying on top of the blanket of a massage table. We often use a light touch but may simply hold our palms over you as well. At Evolve, we also incorporate crystals into our Reiki healing sessions.
