Full Moon Sound Bath with Sunny

This class offers space to surrender and accept what is complete with the lunar cycle.   We open sacred space and begin with a guided breathing meditation to open the channels of wellbeing. This activation serves to prepare the body & mind to lie down and bath in the sacred crystal sounds. Each crystal bowl is tuned to resonate with specific areas of the body, psyche and emotions, helping to clean and clear the chakra system & human bio-field.  From a place of clarity, compassion and contentment we can intentionally co-create.

Bring a mat, cushions, blanket and any props needed to sit in meditation and lay on the hardwood floor comfortably.
